Zucchini is one of my family's favorite vegetables. Let's be honest, it's one of the few vegetables I can usually get my kids to eat! Especially when it's served in something delicious like zucchini bread or of course a chocolate cake (don't tell them there's vegetables in there).

It's a good thing that we all like zucchini, because it grows in abundance in our garden. And when you get a good batch of zucchini, it goes a long way! I hate to throw anything out so I am always on the lookout for awesome zucchini recipes. I've shared two of our family favorites before, and I'm adding 15 more to the mix. Some of these we have already tried and love, and some are on our meal plan for the coming weeks. There's a great mix here of snacks, yummy main dishes, and of course, baked goods. Ready to eat? Here you go!
