Fresh from the Garden: No Boil Vegetable Pasta Bake

Easy no boil pasta bake with vegetables. One dish recipe for a healthy meal kids will love!

Pasta Bakes are one of my favorite easy meals. I love that you don't have to spend time hovering over a boiling pot of water, and you can just dump everything in the dish and cook. We have a wonderful bounty of vegetables from our garden right now, so I thought I'd put together a healthy pasta bake for an easy, delicious weeknight meal!

Pour tomato sauce and water on top of vegetables and pasta. Stir everything together.

  1. I used to make simular but in mine I blended the veggies into the tomato sauce before pouring over the noodles. Thus fully hiding the vegetables from picky eaters eyes. When served with bread that was baked with a ricotta spinach filling it's the perfect meal.
