Now imagine that it's 5:00 and you are sitting on the couch reading a book with your kids because dinner has been in the crock pot since morning. And it took you 2 minutes to dump it in because you prepped it weeks ago. Or maybe you grabbed a casserole from the freezer and popped it in the oven an hour ago. And tomorrow's dinner time will look the same because your freezer is stocked with healthy, homemade meals.
