I love painting crafts. Since my boys are so little, most of our painting is about process and not necessarily a finished product. Last week's Frugal Family had some great painting project ideas that I just had to feature - an awesome DIY idea, a beautiful finished product, and a fun process and learning project. This Week's Features:
Armchair Decorator Blog showed us how to make DIY Decorative Foam Stamps. This is a really cool project and I already have several in mind that I want to try!
Rhythms of Play made a beautiful All Season Hand and Fingerprint Tree. I love how she incorporated her child's hand to make the tree - this would make an amazing gift!
Study at Home Mama introduced us to Aboriginal Dot Painting. This is a great process and fine motor activity for kids!
We did our own Handprint Flower Craft this week too, as part of the Tour the World by Flower Blog Hop! We had a lot of fun making Black Eyed Susans to represent our home state of Maryland. Check it out:
