Easiest Ever Cream Cheese Cinnamon Rolls

Easy Cream Cheese Cinnamon Rolls! Delicious rolls filled with cinnamon and cream cheese - make them in minutes for a perfect holiday breakfast idea!

Growing up, Christmas morning meant cinnamon rolls. The smell of cinnamon takes me back to those childhood Christmases and as an adult I've made cinnamon rolls my family's go to Christmas breakfast. But, with two toddlers, I try to avoid the ooey gooey frosting covered rolls because they make for terribly sticky fingers (not to mention serious sugar highs). Instead, I've put together an easy cinnamon roll recipe that comes together quickly, is sweet and delicious, while not quite as sticky.

Easy Cream Cheese Cinnamon Rolls

Makes 16 rolls.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cans refigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Cinnamon/sugar mixture (for sprinkling)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined.

Unroll your crescent rolls and separate into pre-scored triangles. Spread cream cheese filling onto each triangle.

Roll into a crescent shape, then take the two ends and press them together to form a circle. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mix.

Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Allow to cool slightly (filling will be hot). Serve and enjoy!
